I have a 2022 Ford F350 Super Duty Lariat crew with an 8ft bed with the puck system. Will this work with a RVB3500 top plate?

Hey David, yes the head of your current B and W Companion hitch would fit on the base part # BWRVB3300.
If goal was to get a hitch to fit your Ford trucks OEM pucks as cost effectively as possible another option to consider is to just go with the entire hitch part # BWRVK3300 for your truck so that you could sell your old hitch second hand and maximize offsetting the cost of the new hitch. The way I see it would be easier sell your old hitch as a complete unit than just the base. What do you think?
