Hey Bruce, thanks for reaching out!

The Hopkins VueSMART RV and Trailer Backup Camera # HM34FR does use a WiFi signal to connect to your phone so if your GPS also uses WiFi to connect then we'll need to find an alternative solution for this.

My first thought is if you have an old smart phone laying around you can use that as a dedicated screen for either your camera or the GPS. If you don't like that idea (or you don't have another phone) then we'll have to get you setup with a different camera system and for that I recommend the Furrion Vision S # FOS05TASF. This gives you a separate monitor which may not be ideal if you're only wanting to use your phone, but it does allow you to still use your phone for your GPS so you won't get the interference issue anymore.

Hey Bruce, did you end up trying the Furrion Vision S system to avoid the WiFi conflict with your GPS? Knowing how it worked for you could really help others dealing with the same issue.
