WOULD LIKE TO RETAIN THE USE OF THE FACTORY BACK UP CAMERA ANY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THIS? HAVE VIEWED THE VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS FOR TAILGATE BUT DOES NOT MENTION THE INSTALLATION OF THE CAMERA. THANKS FOR THE HELP

The 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate # VG-15-4000 does not have any hardware which will allow you to relocate your 2017 Ford F-250's factory back-up camera to the tailgate, though there is still an option for you.
I recommend taking a look at the license plate mounted Hopkins Rear View Camera with Backup Sensors # HM60195VA.
