Question:

Is there enough room to mount Rocktamer mudflaps on this ball mount? I have a 2500 GMC. Thanks.

Hey Dave,

Since the Draw-Tite Ball Mount # RP45322 doesn't have that "stop" where the platform is attached to so while the Rock Tamers # ERT00110 will physically fit, I'm not confident it will stay in place.

As an alternative, I recommend going with the Convert-A-Ball Ball Mount # AMSCV-4 instead, because it has similar features and specs, plus it has that stop that I'm talking about.

Hey Dave, how did the Convert-A-Ball ball mount work out with your Rock Tamers on the GMC? Your update could make it easier for the next person trying to get the same setup right.

I ended up using an entirely different system. I wanted to get away from the ball mount shank mounted mudflaps and went with the Commercial Rockstars. They've been working great. This allowed me many more options for the actual ball mount itself, which for me ended up being the Shocker HD. All good!
