Torque Spec for 17-1/2" Sumec Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel

Question:
I have SUMEC wheel from etrailer. unable to located wedsite. I need to know the torque values for the SUMEC 17.5 trailer wheels.

Hey Don, thanks for reaching out!
Sounds like you have the 17-1/2" Aluminum Lynx Trailer Wheel # LI44FR.
This installs with 5/8" flange nuts which means you're looking at 190-210 ft-lbs if they have rotating flanges, or 275-325 ft-lbs if the flange does not rotate.
Do you already have the flange nuts?

Hey Don, did those torque specs for the 17.5-inch SUMEC wheel work out for you? It’d be great to know if the flange nuts you used matched up with those values. Your update could make it easier for others working with the same wheels.
