Hey Rick, thanks for reaching out. Yes, it is possible add two of the Inno kayak Roof Racks # INA452 to a roof rack. You will just need to make sure your truck is equipped with a crossbar that is long enough to accommodate both kayaks. I read online that the Otter kayaks are about 31" wide although I am not sure exactly what model you have. If yours are the 31" wide, you would need to have a pretty long crossbar to accommodate both of those, like something close to 70" long. So this whole thing will hinge on what roof racks are available for your truck and whether or not we have something long enough. If you can let me know what year your F-150 was made, and the cab style I am happy to look into it and see what we can offer.

Hey Rick, did you get a chance to check if your F-150’s crossbars are long enough to hold both Otter kayaks with the Inno saddles? Once you know your truck’s year and cab style, I can help narrow down the roof rack options.
