Troubleshooting Truck Bed 7-Way Not Functioning

Question:
I have a 2023 f250 I have purchased a Curt 7 way wiring harness for my 5th wheel. I went through the steps and the lights wont work in the bed. I have tried 2 separate wiring harnesses. Any ideas why it wont work on my truck? My factory installed 7 way works.

Hey Robbie, are you absolutely sure all of the connectors of the # C57010 are fully seated and making contact? There's really no other reason two of these wouldn't work for you. If the 7-way at the rear of the truck still works when this is installed it's got to be the connection of the truck bed 7-way to it's harness.
