Recommended Trailer SumoSprings For A 2014 Keystone Cougar 19RBLTravel Trailer

Question:

Looking at the Sumosprings, I have a 2014 Keystone Cougar 19RBL which has a gross weight of about 6500 lbs with tandum 3500lb axles. Which sumosprings do I need The one for the 5000-8000lb or the lighter ones?

Hey Clark,

Trailer SumoSprings are based on axle capacity and the orientation of the leaf springs. You'll want to match the capacity of the spring to the axle's capacity and also take a look to see whether your leaf springs sit above or below the axles. If they sit above then you have an overslung suspension, if they sit below you have an underslung suspension.

Overslung:
3k - 5k # TSS-107-40

Underslung:
3k - 5k # TSS-106-40

Most likely you have an underslung suspension since it's the most common but I've thrown both part styles up above just incase.

Thanks Keven, so being overslung 3500s I go with the 107-40s

@ClarkS Yes, if your capacity rating is 3,500lbs and you have an overslung suspension you would need the # TSS-107-40.
