can The Bright Way Solar Charger And Switch Mode Battery Charger Be Used Together

Hi can you please help, Can I have this solar panel connected as well with The Bright Way Battery Charger BRW77FR together so when I’m not using the charger it can still charge with the solar panel?

Hi Frank,

You absolutely can have both the Bright Way Switch Mode Battery Charger # BRW77FR and Bright Way Solar Battery Charger # BRW54FR connected and charging the battery at the same time. They both read the battery's charge level and adjust the charge being sent to the battery accordingly to prevent overcharging.

These both have ring terminals to connect to your battery's positive and negative posts, it does not matter which goes on first and it they can stack together on the posts. I've attached installation videos for both chargers below to help you get them installed.

Hey Frank, how did things go getting the Bright Way solar charger and the switch mode charger connected to your battery? It’d be great to hear if both units are working together like you wanted. Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up the same combo.
