Need Light Kit And License Plate Holder For Hollywood RV Rider Bike Rack

Hello, I have a 2023 Roadtrek Zion and recently purchased a Hollywood RV Rider e-bike rack. I also purchased a Swagman cover. My concern is that even without using the cover, my lights are somewhat obscured. In addition, my license plate is not visible at all. Am I correct in that the cover is probably not usable in this setup? Do you have a light bar and license plate holder suggestion to make this legal to drive. Thanks. David

Hey David, thanks for reaching out. Hollywood actually makes a light kit specifically for the RV Rider Bike Rack, the Hollywood Racks Safety LED Light Bar for Bike Racks # HLY54RR. This uses straps that attach it directly to the crossmember of the bike rack. You just need to have a 4-flat on the back of your van, and for that you can use the Tekonsha # 118618 if you don't have one already.
For a license plate holder use the Yakima PlateMate # Y02713 which also just straps right on. You probably will not be able to use the cover with this setup unless you can cinch is up around the wheels and keep the tray crossmember and light bar exposed.
