Hey Jeff, so unfortunately Dometic doesn't have a replacement flush ball for the 320 which is super frustrating. Only solution would be an all new toilet like the 320 part # DOM87FR which is white or part # DOM27FR which is like an off white color.
The 510 toilet is the only one that has the flush ball replaceable.
