Hey Jake,
I recommend using the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT68MR for your 2025 Audi Q3 because it has a hidden crosstube and a fixed receiver so it's ready to go whenever you need it.
Then for a bike rack, I recommend going with the Kuat NV 2.0 Base # BA22B. This is my favorite bike rack we carry due to it's sleek look and how easy it is to use, plus the specs on it make it compatible with a wide range of bike frame styles.

Hey Jake, how did the Draw-Tite hitch and Kuat NV 2.0 Base work out on your Q3 for hauling your bikes? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar bike rack.
