Could you tell me the torque for a 12 inch wheel with 4 lug nuts. This is a boat trailer.

I have attached a chart for you to take a look at that includes the lug nut torque specifications. If your wheel uses 1/2 inch lug nuts or wheel bolts like the 12 Inch Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM20124 referenced in your question, you will torque them to 75-85 foot pounds.

If you have different size lug nuts, then you will just follow the specifications included in the chart for that size on a 12 inch wheel.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
