Hi Cass,
There isn't a custom-fit trailer hitch confirmed to fit your E-450 chassis, but we do offer weld-on adjustable-fit trailer hitches that can be used instead. The deciding factor here on what is going to be the best fit is going to depend on how low from the frame the receiver tube will need to be to clear the rear bumper/body of the trailer and any other components that could potentially be in the way. We offer the following drop sizes:
Draw-Tite
7" Drop # 41990-07
16" Drop # 41990-16
Curt
3" Drop # 15901
9" Drop # C47CR
10.865" Drop # 15902
11-1/2" Drop # 15903
18" Drop # C99CR
These are all Class V rated trailer hitches and will fit will fit 18" to 44" wide frames. Any excess tubing on the crossmember can be trimmed down to fit the frame width cleaner.
