Hello Phillip.
No, all of the side steps like the # CARR113331 require drilling for installation. If you do not feel like drilling, I recommend getting some nerf bars (running boards) as they mount to the existing holes on the frame of your vehicle so they do not require drilling. If your 2024 GMC Sierra is a Crew Cab then the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards w/ Custom Installation Kit - 6-1/2" Wide - Powder Coated Steel # AA76ZB will work great for you.
