Question:
What is your recommendation for a sealant on this trim after installation. The top flat portion will be sealed with the roof, but I’m interested in what to use to seal the bottom edge and corners that will be on the side of the trailer contoured edge.

Hey Tom, for a top rail like the part # 36279-955 I would recommend a non-sag sealant like the part # AL28KV. Non-sag means it can be applied to vertical surfaces and won't drip or run.

Hey Tom, how did the non-sag sealant work out on the bottom edge and corners of your trailer trim? Your results could really help others sealing similar contoured edges.
