Hello Zach; I wish I had a way to identify your spindles using that VIN but it is not something we are capable of. The only way to figure out which replacement spindle you need is to pull the hubs and identify/measure the bearings or spindle. Check to see if part numbers are stamped into the sides of your bearings. If they are worn or missing, measure the inner diameter with a digital caliper # PTW80157. You can also measure the spindle where the bearings ride.
If you can send me this information I would be happy to help you find a replacement spindle. You will also need to know if it requires a brake flange. I went ahead and attached a link to all of our available spindles below for your reference.

Hey Zach, were you able to measure your bearings or spindle with the digital caliper to find the right replacements? Once you had those sizes, did you end up locating spindles that matched your trailer? Your update could make it easier for others trying to replace older trailer spindles.
