Hello Leslie, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say that we do not offer a replacement tarp for the Extang Blackmax tonneau cover on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. You may be able to get one direct from Extang if you can provide the model number and serial number from your cover. Otherwise, the only solution I can offer you is a whole new cover like the Extang Trifecta 2.0 Soft Tonneau Cover # EX92915.
