Can Trailer Hitch For 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 Carry Thule EasyFold Bike Rack

I just purchase an Ioniq6 from Hyundai and we got two e-bikes to carry. Looking at the Thule easy fold rack my concern is the vertical weight it will put on the Hitch. I wonder if the Ioniq6 specs and the proper Hitch can accommodate this weight

Hi Yves,
You can use the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 on your 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6. What's important is that the hitch you get is able to hold the weight, and the only hitch available for this vehicle is the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # SH73SR.
The # SH73SR has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity, which is the max vertical weight the hitch can handle. Since the EasyFold weighs 45 lbs and it has a 65 lb per-bike capacity, that's a total of 175 lbs, well under the 350 lbs the hitch can handle. So long story short, you're all good using the EasyFold # TH903202.
