Hey John,
We may have a wheel for your 1983 Kit Road Ranger 193, but don't have any way of knowing what wheel is on your trailer; there also isn't any specific info on what wheel fits but we can help you find the right one.
All you need to know is the size in diameter as well as the wheel bolt pattern. For example if you needed a 15 inch wheel with a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you could use the Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 15" x 5" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM20422.
If you aren't sure the bolt pattern I've added links below which detail how to measure, as well as a printable bolt hole template which makes it easy.
