Hey Hans, thanks for reaching out!
Yes, the Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitch # 36071 will fit with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT26PR (25006) on your 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid.
I'm not sure what hitch ball size you're needing, but if you aren't sure either then I recommend picking up the Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set # 800B so you can tow a trailer that requires either a 1-7/8" or a 2" hitch ball size.
If you don't already have wiring then I also recommend picking up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK86FR because it tees in behind your tail lights and is the most reliable option available.

Hi Jon, I have the 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. I want to put a hitch receiver on it for my electric wheelchair. The wheelchair carrier requires a 2" receiver. I understand the 2023 Elantra can handle 450 pounds of which my carrier and wheelchair are 415 pounds. I'm thinking I may want to have heavy duty shocks put on it just for added insurance! But, first, I just want to make sure a hit with a 2" receiver will go on this vehicle and if so, which one do you recommend? Thanks, Rainee
