Hello Travis, thanks for reaching out. We do have a 5,200 lb axle that measures 86.5" hub to hub. Take a look at the Dexter Trailer Axle # 8327816-EB. This comes completely loaded with electric brake assemblies and 6 on 5-1/5" hub/drum assemblies. The only drawback of this axle is the spring seats come pre-welded at 71-1/2". You will have to cut those off and have new spring seats, part # TRSS300 attached at 69.5". Aside from that, this axle matches all of your specs and comes with everything you need aside from U-bolts.
The U-bolts are sold separately, and for that use the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit for Mounting 5.2K to 7K, Round Trailer Axles # CE23003

Hey Travis, how did things go with that Dexter 5,200 lb axle and the U-bolt kit you were looking at? Did the new spring seat placement work out for your setup? Your update could make it easier for the next person matching those same axle specs.
