Is There a Custom Fit Trailer Wiring Harness that Fits 2020 Toyota Sienna

Question:
I am writing about the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part no C59236. In this video it shows a Toyota factory installed trailer wiring harness with a plug. Do you have a harness that is compatible with that plug so it isnt necessary to cut and splice wires to the Curt converter? There is a second product description video associated with this product which shows an additional power wire which is run directly to the battery to eliminate current draw from the vehicle signal wiring. Why wasnt this shown in the installation video? I have a 2020 Toyota Sienna. The model in the video is a 2022. Does that explain the difference? If so could you provide a link to an installation video for the 2020?

Hey William, we have custom fit trailer wiring harnesses that fit your 2020 Toyota Sienna like with the Tekonsha part # 118648 for the non-SE models and the part # 118498 for the SE models that do not require cutting and splicing into the taillight wiring which it sounds like you are looking for. You will need to run a power wire up to the battery still though.

Is there a difference for install between my 2020 Toyota Sienna and the 2022 model shown in the video? The video of the 2022 Sienna does not require removing the tail light assemblies from the vehicle. The install in the 2022 Sienna showed a designated Cable bundle that could be spliced into instead of removing and reinstalling the tail light assembly. Also does the product shown in this video have the auxiliary power supply that runs under the vehicle from the battery as is required by the products you recommended to me?
