Installation Questions for the Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Hitch C60720 on a 2016 Ford F-250

Question:
Can i use the u bolt over the c clamp on my gas model. Im struggling to get the c clamp in correctly with the bracket

I wouldn't recommend doing that Jared. I checked the directions for the Curt Double Lock Gooseneck Hitch item # C60720. It says to only do that on the diesel models. I would try again with the c clamp and the bracket. Installing it against the instructions will void any warranty protection.
