The correct replacement XR side rails for your 2019 Toyota Tundra with a 5-1/2' bed is the part # RTX75QR, and this is for if your Tundra has the Deck Rail System.
If you don't have the Deck Rail System then you'll need to reach out to Retrax directly for those rails as we don't carry them.
