Hey John,
While we don't have a specific replacement for an upper ladder on your Fleetwood motorhome, we do have an option for a complete replacement if needed. They are universal ladders and do require bolting on, which you'll want to keep in mind. For a motorhome, a taller option seems best, so I recommend the 99-1/2" tall Stromberg Carlson ladders, which are available in a couple different colors:
