Hey Matt, thanks for reaching out!
The Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1SO will work as long as your dump trailer has idler hubs that use the 8 on 6-1/2" bot pattern.
If your trailer is quipped with hub drums for the brakes then you'll need to use the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit w/ Actuator for Tandem Axle Trailers # HSE7K-T1 instead. This is the exact same kit, just with full rotors instead of the kind that mounts to idler hubs.
In addition to this full kit you'll also need a breakaway battery kit like the part # 3802346 so your brakes will be activated in the event your trailer becomes uncoupled.
