Hello Doug, thanks for getting in touch. The EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH87SR will indeed fit your 2023 Ford F150 XLT 3.5 ecoboost. The only thing you need to watch out for is the auto-deploying front air dam. If the auto-deploying dam is present, it will need to be permanently removed in order to install the front hitch.
