Hi Scott; the Bulldog Round, A-Frame Jack # BD155033 you were looking at is the best replacement for your 1551060301. This jack has the same 2,000 lb capacity, topwind handle, and 15" travel you have now. If you want the caster wheel again you can use the # BD500245. Keep in mind, with the wheel you're limited to 1,200 lbs. You can also use the Square Footplate # BD018564

Thank you for all of the info. The correct replacement bearings would be the part #TMK79FR and #TMK29FR which are both USA made Timken bearings.
