I need to replace a bulldog model 1551060301 trailer jack. It has a topwind, is 12 inches tall from the horizontal triangular mounting plate and extends 5 inches below the mounting plate when retracted. I would like to replace it with higher capacity jack if possible.

We have checked with Bulldog in the past about the replacement options for the Bulldog A-Frame Jack part 1551060301 that you have and they were able to give us all of the information we need to offer you a solution. The best option we have is the Bulldog Round A-Frame Jack part # BD155033. This jack has the same 2,000 lb capacity, topwind handle, and 15" travel as the one you have now and will work as an exact replacement.
If you are wanting to upgrade to a higher capacity then I recommend the Bulldog Round A-Frame Jack part # BD155032 which has a 5,000 lb capacity, topwind handle, and 15" travel. However, the outer tube of the jack extends below the mounting plate by 9" which more than the one you have now so you will need to make sure you have clearance in order for it to work.
