We have two options to replace the step pads on your Aries Round Nerf Bars item # AA203044 and you're going to need to take a look at the bottom of one of yours to see which is the right one for your F-150.
The Replacement Step Pad for Aries 3" Wide Oval Nerf Bars item # AA86FR has 4 pins on the bottom to mount it to the step bars. It measures 19.736” long by is 3.125“ wide, the two inner pins are 6.496” apart center-to-center, and the two outer pins are 17.795” apart center-to-center.
The Replacement Step Pad for Aries 3" Wide Oval Nerf Bars item # AA2090139 has 5 pins on the bottom to mount it to the step bars. It measures 3" wide by 21-1/4" long, there is a distance of 3-3/4" between the first two pegs on each side, about 5-1/2" between second and third peg, and about 6-5/16" between third and fourth peg.
