I do not recognize the part number you mentioned, however, I can give you a few options for replacement step pads for your running boards / nerf bars.
The Replacement Step Pad # 23-0001 that you were looking at is specifically made for the Westin E-Series 3" wide step bars and measures 21" long. If you do not have that specific step bar then you can look at the link I attached which shows you all of the replacement nerf bar / running board step pads available. If you were looking for more of a universal step pad then perhaps the TowSmart SmartStep Non-Slip Pad - Rubber w/ Adhesive Backing - 17-1/2" Long x 4" Wide # 348780 might work for you.
