Hello, Does the Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack with Remote - A-Frame - 26inch Lift - 5,500 lbs Part Number: UF38-944055 require a battery inside of the trailer or can it hook up to the vehicle power?

You do need a 12 volt trailer battery in order to operate the 5,500 lb Phoenix Electric Trailer Jack with Remote # UF38-944055.
