Is it possible to purchase the front grease seal for the axle? Its the front seal that covers the zert.

Yes, you can replace the front cover/seal for the 3.5K Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K is part # DC200L-DCRP.
If you just need the rubber plug on the end of the cap then you need part # DC-RP.
