Question:

I have a 2021 VW ID4 with a 1 1/4” hitch and looking for a travel trailer for two e-bikes weighing 60 lbs each. Do you have a product that works?

Hi Michael,

There is a good option for a bike rack that has a 60 lb per-bike capacity and also works in your 1-1/4" hitch, from Swagman:

The # S76SR even has a ramp so you can more easily mount your heavy bikes on the rack, and it works with tires up to 5" wide if your ebikes have fat tires. It has a shank with an 8-1/2" rise to help with ground clearance, and another thing I like about the Current is it's a really good value compared to most racks with the same capabilities.
