Will The EcoHitch Front Hitch EH89CR Fit 2024 Toyota Tundra With Fold Down Front Spoiler?

Question:

I imagine this hitch will not work on models with the electronic fold down spoiler that improves gas mileage? 2024 Tundra SR-5 TRD offroad package

Hello Tim, thanks for reaching out. Technically the EcoHitch Hidden Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH89CR will bolt up to and fit a 2024 Toyota Tundra SR-5 TRD with the offroad package and fold down spoiler BUT the spoiler will need to be removed in order to install the hitch. You will have to decide which functionality you want more; the front hitch or the spoiler.

Does the spoiler motor need removal too? Dealer says it can’t or warning lights will go off.

@Tim Hey Tim that is a great question. We have not actually installed this hitch on a Tundra with the spoiler here at our shop. I have seen similar spoilers on other trucks and in those cases we were able to install the front hitch without removing the spoiler motor. This SHOULD be the case for your Tundra as well, but in all honesty this is not something we have physically tested here at our shop.
