Hey Peter,
The Front Runner Slimsport Platform Rack # FR36FB unfortunately isn't a fit for your 2017 Ford Expedition and Front Runner does not have another rack confirmed to fit. The closest alternative would be the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack # Y59PB. This would come with Yakima Timberline towers that you'll attach to the factory raised rails, adapters to install on the towers, and a 60" Long x 54" Wide platform to attach to the towers. This would give you a platform rack and would keep it closer to the roof since it won't be sitting on top of crossbars.
