Which Yakima OnRamp Bike Racks Fit 2 inch and 1-1/4 inch Hitch Size

Question:

I read your article Guide to Best Bike Racks for Electric Bikes. Appears to me that the only rack that will work with a step-through ebike with fenders is the Yakima On Ramp. Do you concur? The video for the On Ramp states that the etrailer part number is Y36FR, but I dont think thats a valid part number. Maybe Y96FR? Is the 2-inch hitch version Y88DJ, and is it identical to the Y96FR except for the hitch size?

Hey David, yes the Yakima OnRamp bike rack is a great option for e-bikes with step thru frames and fenders. We have them with the current part numbers # Y88DJ for a 2 inch hitch or part # Y96FR for a 1-1/4 inch hitch. You correct on what the difference is between the two part numbers as well.
