Will Electric Ground Control TT Leveling System Work With 2023 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK

Question:

We are buying a Grand Design Imagine 2670mk. The service department has told us that the trailer has Ca a low ground clearance. And therefore an auto leveling system will not work on the trailer. “Won’t work properly “ Your thoughts???

Hi Lee; an automatic leveling system like the # LC672136 will work with the 2023 Grand Design 2670MK. You can actually see where we installed this on a 2022 Grand Design Imagine in the video I attached below.

Perhaps the service department was thinking of the auto leveling you might find on a 5th wheel where the legs come straight down which might cause a clearance issue if the trailer sits lower. The jacks that come with the # LC672136 are a lot like the scissor jacks you already have installed now in terms of size and how they hang down when retracted. If the scissor jacks work there is no reason this wouldn't work as well.
