Question:
Hello! I have a Travel Valet RVR9 i bough it in 2021, it looks like it does not want to hold a charge anymore. Is there a way to replace the battery? If it is replaceable, to do you carry the battery? Thank you for your help on this matter!

Hello Junior, sorry to hear about the troubles with your Trailer Valet # TVRVR9. This unit does have a built-in lithium battery that is integrated into the body of the robot. They are technically removable/replicable, but this is not exactly an easy process. A replacement battery is something you will need to contact Trailer Valet directly for.
