Can The Trailer Valet RVR Trailer Dolly Be Used Without The Hitch Ball Connector?

Question:

Can you use it on the trailer jack itself instead of the tongue and ball? Think RV into a spot. Pull up to spot, uncouple trailer from RV on the valet. Park RV than move trailer. When leaving move trailer, then pull rv into road and move the valet to reconnect to trailer. Remove the step of raising and lover jack one cycle, and make reconnecting easier...think Class A Pusher trying to back under trailer...

Trailer Valet created the XL Mounting Bracket # TVXLMB which will allow you to use their RVR's like the RVR9 # TVRVR9 and RVR12 # TV59FR you looked at without having to use the ball in the coupler. Instead you will remove the hitch ball and lower the trailer onto the RVR with the mounting bracket. This will allow you to align it to your hitch ball on your motorhome which is going to make it much easier for you.
