Hi, I’m installing the hitch right now. What are the torque ft lb required for the flange nuts?

According to the installation instructions you'll need to torque the flange nuts for the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver # 391TES317 to 45 ft-lbs.
Please note it's always important to check the copy of instructions that came with your hitch to ensure proper torque as we've seen this change under special circumstances.
