Where to Find the Brake Controller Connector on a 2015 Jeep Cherokee

I have Jeep Cherokee 2015 Japanese spec. Can I use this plug and play harness? I wish this harness is functional.

That's a good question! I do not know what is different between the American version of the 2015 Jeep Cherokee and the Japanese one. It'll depend on whether or not they installed the brake control connector on your 2015 Jeep Cherokee. I have linked a couple of pictures below that will help you find the correct plug if it's there.
The connector you're looking for is behind the black panel located to the left of the steering column, just above the carpet, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. It will have a cover that will need to be removed.
You will want to look for a plug that matches the gray end of the Curt Custom Wiring Adapter item # C51459.
