Running a generator without directing exhaust properly can leave fumes lingering around your RV or campsite. This exhaust extension kit uses a 36" pipe and a 6" drop with a 90-degree elbow to redirect exhaust flow away from your setup. Built from aluminized steel for durability under heat, it connects to Flex Power installed generators and allows routing out the side or rear. Hi everyone, Steve here with etrailer. Let's take a look at the Flex Power Standard Drop Exhaust. It's got a six inch elbow and it's 36 inches long. Now this kit's gonna include the hangar here. You do have the rubber here built into it, so that's gonna take out any kind of bouncing and road bumps. And then of course you got the U-bolt here with the clamp for the installation as well.
And depending on your specific setup will depend on which one of these holes you use and those kind of things. And as you can see here on the six inch elbow here, you've got two slits that's gonna help this go over the existing little miniature pipe or stubby pipe, I should say, that sticks out of your generator. And then again, it's gonna be able to flow all the way out the other end of the pipe. So this has been designed to allow flexible routing for side or rear exit configurations. So this will work with both of those.
