Hello Eric. The Kenda Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" Black Mod Wheel # AM32424 is balanced in the manner that trailer tires are required to be balanced. The low side of the wheel is matched to the high side of the tire. They are not balanced on a machine like car tires are. Technically you do not need to have them balanced beyond the way they come. Some folks do take them to a shop to have them balanced. It really just comes down to your preference. Some people say balancing them on a machine helps with ride quality and safety.
