Is it Possible that a Single Weight Distribution System Could be Used on Two Trailers

Question:
Question is about weight distribution hitches... What if youre pulling multiple different trailers and they all have different tongue weights, GVWRs, etc.? Do you go with the hitch that will have the highest weight rating you may encounter?

That's a tougher situation to be in since typically with WD systems you want to pick one that is most ideal for the trailer and then you'll have to have the spring bar tension specifically tailored for that trailer's tongue weight.
To do multiple trailers would require the trailers to be pretty similar otherwise there will be a lot of wrenching. You'll have to basically change the spring bar tension which isn't exactly a super quick process and there's also a high likelihood you'd need to swap the head height setting on the shank of the system to allow both trailers to sit level.
Most importantly you need to pick out a system that has a tongue weight range that both trailer's tongue weight would fall into. That would be actually the biggest key to all of this.
