Weight Distribution Recommendation for Towing a 2024 Forest River Wolf Pup 16KHBL

Question:

Hello, I just bought a 2024 Forest River Wolf Pup 16KHBL. I drove it home on my tow vehicle 2020 GMC 2500HD with no problem and w/o WTD hitch. The unit didnt sway however, for safety I want to purchase the WTD. What models are a fit for my trailer/tow vehicle?

I'm glad to hear you weren't experiencing any issues towing your Wolf Pup with your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500HD - even though you have a bigger truck, we do recommend using a WD and sway control just to help keep everything under control under high winds and such.

For your application I recommend going with the 8K Blue Ox TrackPro # BLU47FR because it has brackets with a little offset to give you some more flexibility in where it can be installed.

Hey Jason, how did things go with the Blue Ox TrackPro on your Wolf Pup and GMC 2500HD? Did it give you the extra stability you were looking for on the road? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar combo.
