Hello Mark. I had Lippert run the serial number for your pin box and yours is actually the Lippert 1621 bolt pattern. The Trailair Air Ride 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC155943 you mentioned is for the Lippert 1116 bolt pattern so this will not be correct. The correct Curt shock absorbing pin box is the following:
