Hello Jason, I do have an option for you, but there is not a custom fit front hitch available for the 1980s Chevy Blazer. The only option will be to use a universal hitch, such as the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver # 15901. This is something that will need to be done by a professional welder or fabricator. Since this is universal, you'll basically be comparing this hitch to the available room on your vehicle and making sure everything matches up on your end. I'm attaching a dimensional photo of this Curt hitch for you to reference and use for checking the fitment.
