Hi Yan,

I believe you have the right lift kit for your 2018 Airstream Basecamp 16 with the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-707-01 but I don't have a way to verify that for certain. I was able to find it did have a Dexter 3,500 lb torsion axle so it is very likely, but you'll want to make sure it is a #10 torsion axle. It will have a "#10" right on the axle sticker so if you peek under and see that on the sticker, you'll be able to use the # K71-707-01.
